Email subscriptions

When you join the list, we store your email, language, signup source, consent purpose, consent action, notice version and timestamp in Google Sheets. Resend processes email delivery. Vercel hosts the website. These services process data on our behalf; we do not sell your email.

We use the list for occasional meetup and new-guide emails. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent stops future list emails; it adds a withdrawal record rather than automatically deleting the earlier consent record.

Browsing and contact

The site uses Vercel Analytics and limited first-party interaction events. Do not put health information or personal details in URLs. The contact form is unavailable; email links open your own email app. Event booking links take you to Luma, whose own privacy practices apply.

Questions and requests

For questions about your subscription or requests to access, correct or delete your information, email families@neurosphere.club. Please do not send medical records or identifying health information about children.
